Born in 1981, in Porto Alegre, south of Brazil, Rafael Albuquerque who worked in illustration and advertising before moving exclusively to comics. Albuquerque has done work for a number of publishers on both corporate and creator-owned material for DC Comics, Boom! Studios, Dark Horse Comics, and Image Comics.
